Katy Perry got two covers for Harper’s Bazaar for the month of December 2010. The limited edition shot is a bleached out Katy Perry with 150 red SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS crystals applied to her lips for a standout feature.
Hmm I’m really wondering how she got those crystals to stay on her lips. They really are only made for heat application or gluing! Probably some kind of crazy face glue or something! I guess she really can make anything look sexy!
